Program Variability
Referral rewards, point values, discounts, eligibility conditions, expiry timelines, and redemption rules are not fixed and may change periodically. The most current information is always displayed inside My Account → Thrive Together.

Eligibility
Referral privileges are available only after completion of at least one valid order. Referral benefits apply exclusively to new customers who have not placed an order before.

Referral Code Usage
Referral codes are valid only for the first purchase of a referred customer and may be limited to eligible items as defined under current rules. Referral benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Points & Redemption
Points are credited only after successful completion of a qualifying referral order. Points are non-transferable, non-cash equivalent, and redeemable only on EatWellThriveBetter.com. Points may expire as per current program rules.

Ethical Participation
Self-referrals, fake accounts, or attempts to manipulate the program are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards and suspension from the program.

Program Changes
Eat Well Thrive Better reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Thrive Together program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Limitation of Liability
Eat Well Thrive Better shall not be liable for any losses arising from participation, modification, or discontinuation of the program.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
