I have been with Dr.Niru Mathur for my weight loss since the last week of December, starting my weight loss journey at 92 kg. With her guidance and consistent support, I have now reached 83 kg. The progress has been steady, and though I still have a long way to go to reach my desired weight, I am happy with how things are moving in the right direction. What I truly appreciate about her is her friendly and encouraging approach. We have weekly calls to discuss my progress, and I share my daily weight updates through the app, along with food pictures on WhatsApp. Her guidance is clear and practical, and I follow it exactly as she advises—no more, no less. The journey has been a mix of discipline and learning, and I am grateful for her constant motivation. Since I had lean PCOD, its always too difficult and slow gaining weight while maintaining hormonal balance. Was also too out of touch and confused about balanced meal due to my work. Just renewed my plan and I'm excited to lose some more inches. At first it was really difficult for me to exercise since both of my ankles are injured. But her suggested exercises don't tire out my ankles nor do they hurt when I work out. I don't even have enough words to thank her! Her supportive attitude makes it even more motivating. I gained 16 kg weight post pregnancy and was 76 kg with thyroid. For 7 years I was just dreaming that I will be back to atleast shape I had before maternity.
