Role Overview
Support client communication, CRM coordination, and digital workflow monitoring within a professionally managed wellness environment aligned with corporate programs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success
CRM & Client Communication
- Handle professional calls and messaging
- Manage CRM lead stages
- Coordinate discovery consultations
Operations
Digital Framework Monitoring
- Observe workflow dashboards
- Ensure communication continuity
- Highlight irregularities
Support
Content & Coordination
- Assist with approved updates
- Support corporate engagement logistics
- Maintain structured communication
Skills & Requirements
Communication
- Professional English & Hindi communication
- Premium client interaction tone
Technical Comfort
- Google Sheets familiarity
- CRM workflow understanding
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Healthcare or operations exposure preferred
Work Structure & Compensation
- 6 working days per week with one weekly off
- Up to 48 hours per week as per Indian labour norms
- Typical working hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (including breaks)
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month structured monthly compensation
- National holidays and leave policy applicable
