Client Success and Operations Coordinator

Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Compensation:

  • Annual Package: ₹1.3 – ₹1.8 Lakhs, based on skills, experience, and interview evaluation.
  • Incentives: Eligible for performance-based incentives after six months.

Working Hours:

  • 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary
As a Client Success and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client communications, handling business inquiries, onboarding new clients, and supporting operational and marketing tasks. This role offers an opportunity to grow with us and make a significant impact on our clients’ health journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for business calls and inquiries.
  • Follow up on leads to help convert them into clients.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as invoicing, record-keeping, and client onboarding.
  • Support marketing and advertising activities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and track progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in client service or wellness is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to new tools and processes.
